Transform setbacks into winning opportunities: “Bones & Thrones” LEGO® Serious Play® workshop
Hosted by The Over-The-Rainbow Academy Club in partnership with LEGO Serious Play Facilitator Edmund Low
What if the very things holding you back are actually the building blocks for your next breakthrough?
Bones & Thrones: Build Your Victory is a highly interactive, hands-on workshop designed for those navigating uncertainty in life and career. Instead of sitting through another talk or framework, you’ll engage in a guided LEGO® Serious Play® process that helps you make sense of where you are, and where you’re headed.
Through building, storytelling, and reflection, you’ll identify the real obstacles in your path, reframe them into strategic assets, and construct a tangible model of your next steps forward.
What you can expect to takeaway from this session:
A clearer sense of direction: Understand what’s really holding you back, and what matters most moving forward
A new way of thinking about challenges: Learn how to turn setbacks into useful insight and strategy
A tangible model of your next steps: Something you’ve built yourself, that you can articulate and act on
This event is for you if you are:
Feeling stuck, lost, or in transition, whether in your career, identity, or next phase of life
Tired of overthinking and ready to take action, as someone seeking a more hands-on, practical way to move forward
Curious about yourself and open to new perspectives, someone who is willing to reflect, explore, and try something different

About The OTR Academy Club
The OTR Academy Club is the community extension of The OTR Academy, designed to support continued growth beyond our programmes and into everyday life.
Open to graduates, practitioners, volunteers, and the wider public, the Club offers a flexible ecosystem of thematic circles, events, and practical workshops across areas like parenting, education, and career development.
At its core, the Club provides a safe, structured space for shared learning, reflection, and real-life application. Through community, participants deepen the skills introduced in the Academy—gaining tools, stories, and strategies to navigate life and work with greater clarity, connection, and purpose.
Our four core themes:
Develop
Grow in self-awareness by understanding your strengths and blind spots—so you can move forward with clarity and intention.
Connect
Build the skills to communicate with empathy and compassion, strengthening the relationships that matter most.
Lead
Level up your leadership—grounded in purpose, human connection, and the realities of an AI-driven world.
Belong
Be part of a thriving community, with access to mentors, social impact leaders, and wellbeing practitioners—because growth doesn’t happen alone.
